Thank you for working with RealtyFunnel.

Overall, We are very generous and fair with Our refunds. We perform at an incredible level of quality, and currently only have satisfied clients, but in case We do run into a client that no longer wishes to continue working with Us, We are more than willing to work with said client. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Upfront payments

  • All upfront payments for Your Order can not be cancelled or refunded.

Recurring subscription payments

  • You are entitled to cancel Your Order 14 days before Your next subscription payment without giving any reason for doing so.

Conditions for Refunds

Goods that meet any of the following conditions cannot be refunded:

  • The supply of Goods that had all deliverables completed.
  • The supply of Goods on which We began work and You payed for as part of the Goods’ set up.
  • The supply of Goods that have been signed off as complete.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Access After Cancellation Or Refund

We are not responsible for data loss, or asset access loss as a result of cancelling Your Goods. We will give You no more than 5 days from the time You send in Your formal cancellation request, to make copies, export data, and/or notify third party resources of changes to your Goods before We remove Your access to our Goods and close/delete data from our Goods.
